  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped mushroom stems and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic and chopped nuts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
