  • ½ tsp salt

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in corn, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Fold in shredded cheese if using.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
