Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently.
  6. Fold in the blueberries.
