Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place sweet potato halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until tender.
