Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add shredded carrots and sliced bell peppers.
  6. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
