  • 2 tbsp neutral oil plus more for frying
  • 1 cup green onions finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. In a bowl, mix flour and hot water until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Knead briefly until smooth. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into 4 balls.
  4. Roll each ball into a thin circle. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and green onions.
  5. Roll into a log, then coil into a spiral. Flatten gently.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook pancakes for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
