- In a bowl, mix flour and hot water until a shaggy dough forms.

- Divide dough into 4 balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin circle. Brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and green onions.
- Roll into a log, then coil into a spiral. Flatten gently.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook pancakes for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crisp.
- Slice and serve hot.
