Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add diced carrots and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Stir in green peas and corn.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the cooked rice and break up any clumps.
  7. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
