Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice brioche and place on a baking tray.
  3. Add mozzarella on the bottom half.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Close with top bread pieces.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
  9. Remove from oven.
  10. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
