The Hippea’s “Green Rice” wasn’t just a side dish; it was a local legend. For years, this vibrant, herb-packed staple was the soul of the shop a secret blend of fresh aromatics and perfectly fluffy grains that kept fans coming back long after the doors finally closed. While the storefront may be gone, the magic lives on in this recipe. One bite, and you’re right back at the counter, tasting the brightest, freshest rice in the city.
