  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Place bulgur in a bowl and pour boiling water over it.
  2. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add onion and cook until soft.
  5. Add mushrooms and walnuts and cook until browned.
  6. Stir in cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Mix softened bulgur with the filling ingredients.
  8. Shape mixture into oval kibbeh pieces.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and fry kibbeh until golden and crisp.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
