- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine the feta, ricotta, spinach, parsley, dill, green onions, egg, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in the baking dish and lightly brush it with olive oil or melted butter.
- Repeat with five more phyllo sheets, brushing each layer.
- Spread the cheese and spinach filling evenly over the layered pastry.
- Cover with the remaining six sheets of phyllo, brushing each sheet with oil or butter as you layer.
