  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups tomato soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 slices gouda cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add tomato soup, salt, and black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Place gouda cheese between bread slices to form sandwiches.
