  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ½ cup cream or plant-based cream
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu cubes and cook until lightly golden.
  3. Remove tofu and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add onion and cook until soft.
  5. Add green bell pepper and cook until slightly tender.
  6. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  7. Pour in orange juice and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Add cream and mix well.
  9. Return tofu to the pan and stir gently.
  10. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  11. Season with salt and black pepper.
  12. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
