  • Cherry tomatoes whole for garnish

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and cook until slightly tender.
  5. Push vegetables to the side of the pan.
  6. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble gently.
