Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain well.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, add chili oil and minced garlic.
  3. Pour hot water over the garlic to release aroma.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and black pepper.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with sliced spring onion and serve immediately.
