  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Place radishes on a cutting board (trim the radishes) and gently smash them using the side of a knife, kitchen mallet, rolling pin, or the bottom of a glass until just cracked
  2. Transfer smashed radishes to a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss well to coat evenly.
  5. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
