- Place radishes on a cutting board (trim the radishes) and gently smash them using the side of a knife, kitchen mallet, rolling pin, or the bottom of a glass until just cracked
- Transfer smashed radishes to a bowl.
- Add olive oil, vinegar, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss well to coat evenly.
- Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
