Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a wide pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms in a single layer.
  3. Let cook 3–4 minutes without stirring until they begin to brown.
  4. Stir and continue cooking 4–5 minutes until tender and golden.
  5. Add garlic (if using) and cook 30 seconds.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Finish with herbs or a splash of lemon or balsamic if desired.
