  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  3. Arrange half of the potatoes in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
