This grilled flatbread is warm, aromatic, and built around simple stovetop cooking. As it grills, the flatbread develops light char marks while staying soft inside. Garlic infuses gently into the bread, creating depth without overpowering it. Fresh herbs add brightness and balance at the end. It’s an easy, flexible dish that fits into any meal. Simple ingredients, steady heat, and a satisfying result straight from the pan.
