- Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium heat.
- Mix olive oil and garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush both sides of each flatbread with the garlic oil.
- Place flatbreads on the grill pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly charred.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper.
- Serve warm.
