Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes and carrots into similar-sized pieces so they cook evenly.
  3. Place the potatoes and carrots in a large mixing bowl.
