Ingredients
  

  • 2- inch piece fresh ginger peeled
  • 2- inch piece fresh turmeric peeled (or 1 tsp ground turmeric)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp black pepper optional, helps turmeric absorption
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Add ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, water, black pepper, and honey (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or drink as-is for full fiber.
  4. Pour into small glasses or jars.
  5. Store refrigerated and shake before drinking.
