Ingredients
  

  • 2 large cucumbers peeled if desired and chopped
  • ½ cup cold water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice optional
  • Pinch of salt optional
  • Fresh mint leaves optional

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Add cucumbers and water to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a clearer juice.
  4. Stir in lemon or lime juice and a pinch of salt if using.
  5. Serve chilled or over ice.
