Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or mozzarella–Parmesan blend
  • Caesar Topping
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ¼ cup Caesar dressing classic or vegetarian
  • ¼ cup croutons lightly crushed
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
  2. Roll or stretch pizza dough into desired shape and place on a baking sheet or stone.
  3. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. While pizza bakes, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and black pepper.
  7. Remove pizza from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Top with dressed romaine, croutons, and grated Parmesan.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.
