- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, preheat it as well.
- Roll or stretch pizza dough into desired shape and place on a baking sheet or stone.
- Brush lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle evenly with shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- While pizza bakes, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and black pepper.
- Remove pizza from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes.
- Top with dressed romaine, croutons, and grated Parmesan.
- Slice and serve immediately.
