  • 2 cups tomato sauce

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch cabbage leaves for 2 to 3 minutes until flexible.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, lentils, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place a portion of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
  5. Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Arrange cabbage rolls seam-side down in the dish.
  7. Pour remaining tomato sauce over the rolls.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
