- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and blanch cabbage leaves for 2 to 3 minutes until flexible.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, lentils, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a portion of filling on each cabbage leaf and roll tightly.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish.
- Arrange cabbage rolls seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining tomato sauce over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
