  • 3 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place cauliflower florets, red bell pepper, and peas in a baking dish.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano and toss to coat.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
