Ingredients
  

  • 2–3 cups mixed vegetables chopped evenly
  • broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, Brussels sprouts
  • tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder or smoked paprika optional

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasoning until evenly coated.
  3. Place vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until tender inside and lightly crisp on the edges.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
