Ingredients
  

  • 1 apple cored and chopped
  • 1 small beet peeled and chopped
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and chopped
  • ½-1- inch fresh ginger peeled
  • ½ cup cold water or as needed

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Add apple, beet, carrot, ginger, and water to a juicer/blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer a smoother juice.
  4. Serve immediately, chilled or over ice.
