  3. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle evenly with yellow and white cheese.
  6. Return to oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm.
