  • ½ cup milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Add coconut, sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt to a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. After 10-15 minutes, the mixture will thicken and pull away from the pan.
  4. Remove from heat once glossy and sticky.
  5. Spoon small mounds onto parchment paper or a greased tray.
  6. Let cool completely to set. Serve at room temperature.
