- Add coconut, sugar, milk, vanilla, and salt to a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- After 10-15 minutes, the mixture will thicken and pull away from the pan.
- Remove from heat once glossy and sticky.
- Spoon small mounds onto parchment paper or a greased tray.
- Let cool completely to set. Serve at room temperature.
