Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 2–3 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar or lime juice
  • ¼ cup water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Add avocados, cilantro, parsley, garlic, olive oil, vinegar or lime juice, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add water gradually until the sauce is pourable but still creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust salt or acidity.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
