Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin and coriander; cook briefly until fragrant.
  3. Add ginger, potatoes, peas, garam masala, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes, mixing well. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  5. Cut wrappers in half if needed. Form cones and fill with potato mixture.
  6. Seal edges with water or flour paste.
  7. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  8. Fry samosas in batches for 4-5 minutes, turning until golden and crisp.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
