Baked feta and cherry tomatoes is one of those meals that comes together without much effort but still feels like something you’d want to sit down and enjoy. As it cooks, the tomatoes soften and release their juices, while the feta warms up and turns creamy.

Everything blends together in the pan, creating a simple base that works with whatever you have bread, pasta, or just on its own. There’s no need to overthink it. A few ingredients, one dish, and time in the oven.

It’s the kind of cooking that fits into a busy day. You put it in, let it bake, and come back to something warm and ready.

This is Let’s Veg cooking simple ingredients, minimal effort, and meals that take care of themselves.
