Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush cut sides of romaine with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Place romaine cut side down on the grill.

  5. Remove from grill and place on a serving platter.
