Paneer butter masala is rich, warm, and deeply comforting the kind of dish that slows the meal down. Soft paneer rests in a velvety tomato-butter sauce, gently spiced and balanced, never overpowering. It’s food meant to be enjoyed with intention, scooped up with warm bread or spooned over rice.

This is Let’s Veg cooking at its most comforting: familiar flavors, simple steps, and a dish that feels special without being complicated.
