Zucchini fries are comfort food with a lighter feel. Crisp on the outside, tender inside, and easy enough for any night of the week, they’re made for dipping, sharing, and snacking straight from the pan. This Let’s Veg version keeps the coating simple and the method flexible oven or air fryer, both work beautifully.
