- Pat zucchini sticks dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss zucchini with olive oil, then coat evenly in breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange fries in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately.
- Air Fryer Option
- Cook at 400°F (205°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
- Can also fry on frying pan.
