Cooking Instructions

  2. Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat a lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and immediately swirl the pan to create a thin, even layer.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  6. Flip the crepe and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  9. Brush each warm crepe lightly with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Fold or roll the crepes.
