Ingredients
  

  • 1 ciabatta loaf or 2 sandwich rolls
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to tast

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Slice the ciabatta loaf or sandwich rolls in half.
  2. Lightly toast the bread if desired.
  3. Arrange the mozzarella slices on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Add sliced tomatoes evenly over the cheese.
  5. Layer fresh basil leaves on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Place the top half of the bread over the filling.
  9. Slice the sandwich in half if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
