Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add sliced cabbage and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Push the cabbage mixture to one side of the pan.
  7. Pour beaten eggs into the empty side.
  8. Scramble the eggs gently until mostly cooked.
