  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  3. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli and green peas to the pot.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and peas.
  9. Season with oregano, salt, and black pepper, then toss well.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
