Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes until softened.
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  8. Preheat grill to medium heat.

  10. Grill cut side down until tender.
  11. Turn and cook the other side briefly.
