Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
  4. Stir in garlic and cook briefly.

  6. Combine  scallopini, and zucchini with the sautéed mixture.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
