Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta and chopped spinach.
  4. Spread a layer of tomato sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Place a layer of noodles over the sauce.
  6. Add ricotta spinach mixture and sprinkle shredded cheese.
  7. Repeat layers until ingredients are used.
  8. Arrange cherry tomatoes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
