Cooking Instructions
 

  1. Add chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, bell pepper, chili, lemon juice, garlic, and salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Add cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until creamy and spreadable.
  4. Taste and adjust salt or lemon as desired.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately or chill before serving.
